Kids Child Care Resource and Referral Agency
is the organization in
San Benito County which provides critical child care resource
and referral services to parents and families of all income levels
in the county.
The organization is funded by the California Department of Education
Child Development Division and functions as the hub of child care
service in San Benito. The R and R is part of the California Resource
and Referral Network, made up of R and R organizations in each
California County.
The organization and staff provides parents, child care providers
and the general public the information they need about child care
services and child care issues in San Benito County. Services
are free and confidential.
New and existing child care providers
can obtain assistance from GoKids R and R staff with center start
up, family day care home start up, training in various areas of
child development including:
Providers may also use the Go Kids
toy lending library, curriculum materials, educational videos
and other materials free of charge.
In addition to General Public Child
Care Resource and Referral Services provided that are free to
the public, the R and R also administers several programs which
provide low income families support in obtaining and paying for
child care Services.

The resource and referral agency,
administration and staff is an informed source and information
for all residents about child care accessibility and services
in the region. Dedicated staff work and collaborate with many
County and Statewide organizations with the aim of improving and
expanding child care options in the community for the benefit
